    Tips on how to handle remote work at your company, that have worked for us; 1) Facilitate the remote working. Provide data where possible, ensure the staff have the tools ie smart phones and/or PCs 2)Have set times when you have catch-up calls and meetings with the staff complete with a scribe taking notes of the commitments/deadlines for accountability. Make sure these are honored 3) Circulate the to-dos soon after the meeting to give ample time for follow-up/implementation 4) Utilize the available platforms to schedule and manage workflow. eg you can have a WhatsApp group to raise issues real time and keep everyone in the loop. Others like Google calendar to schedule meetings, Google meet to have virtual meetings. All these are free. All you need is data 5)Develop/Build a culture of trust if you are the leader by communicating and honoring your commitments. The team will soon fall in line Keep call lines open.
